Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Egypt 1 Tours, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. We strive to provide transparent and fair cancellation and refund procedures.
Day Tours Cancellation
- Up to 48 hours before departure: Full refund (100%).
- Within 24 to 48 hours: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours or no-show: Non-refundable.
Multi-Day Packages & Nile Cruises
- Up to 30 days prior to arrival: Full refund minus non-refundable administrative fees.
- 15 to 29 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
- Within 14 days of arrival: Non-refundable due to pre-paid hotel and cruise commitments.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
